- 2PinchSalt
- 1Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 1CupHoney
- 1.5Cupwater
- 0.5Cupmixed seeds
- 1Psc.Egg whites
Steps

Place the white and whole wheat flour in a large glass bowl.

Add salt and instant yeast to the dry ingredients and mix well with a whisk.

Dissolve honey in warm water, then add it to the flour mixture.

Add half a cup of mixed seeds to the dough.

Knead the dough well by hand until soft and slightly sticky.

Brush the dough with olive oil, cover it with plastic wrap and a clean towel.

Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2 hours.

After rising, roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.

Roll the dough tightly into a log and place it in a greased loaf pan.

Brush the top with egg white and sprinkle seeds on top.

Cover the pan and let it rise again for 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 45 minutes (30 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered).
