- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Greek spices
- 1CupBasmati rice
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chopped White Onion
- 1CupOlive oil
- 1CupChopped dill
- 1Grams (g) Cottage Cheese
- 1Psc.lemon
- 1CupRoasted pine nuts
- 1Psc.Lemon zest
Steps

Cut the chicken breast as shown in the video

Marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Greek spice mix.

Let the chicken marinate for 10 minutes.

Sear the chicken in a pan until golden on both sides.

In the same pan, add olive oil and the chopped onion.

Sauté the onion until soft.

Add the rice, soaked for half an hour and well drained, to the onions and stir well.

Pour in lemon juice, black pepper, and salt, then mix everything together.

Place the chicken breast on top of the rice.

Add the chopped dill.

Pour in the chicken broth.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil.

Cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked.

Once done, remove the foil.
