Place the red bell pepper, fresh ginger, garlic cloves, onion, and one cup of water in a blender, and blend well until smooth.

Sauté a chopped onion in a small spoon of ghee until it turns golden

Add the tomato paste and one spoon of grill spices to the onion and stir until the flavors combine.

Pour the blended pepper mixture into the pan over the onion and tomato paste.

Add one spoon of stock and stir well, then cover the pot and let the mixture simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Adjust the salt to taste.

Add the soaked basmati rice to the mixture in the pot.

Pour one and a half cups of boiling water over the rice and stir well.

Cover the pot and let the rice absorb the water, then reduce the heat and leave it until fully cooked.

Add a few pieces of butter on top of the rice and gently stir until it melts and gives the rice a shiny, rich texture.

The ingredients for the grill spices are: one tablespoon of smoked paprika, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of onion powder, one teaspoon of thyme, one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of black pepper.
