Ingredients

  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Wheat Germ Flour
  • 1Cupwater
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sea Salt

Steps

    Mix the ingredients well by hand until a dough forms

    Divide the dough into 8 equal balls, cover them to prevent drying out, and let them rest for 20 minutes.

    Take 4 balls, roll each one slightly, and place a little olive oil and flour between the layers.

    Stack the balls on top of each other, greasing the back side, while leaving the top side ungreased

    Roll the dough out until it reaches approximately 40 cm in diameter.

    Place the dough in a baking tray and put it in a preheated oven (220°C) for 3 minutes

    After removing it, open the layers while hot.

    Trim the excess and cut into equal rectangles

    Store in the refrigerator or freezer for later use

    When ready to use, bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
