- 2CupFull cream milk
- 0.5CupLiquid cream
- 0.3CupSugar
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mastic
- 1PinchVanilla seeds
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1CupNuts
- 1CupOil
Steps

Place the puff pastry pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Lightly brush or spray the puff pastry with a little oil for a shiny finish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 205°C (400°F) for 18–20 minutes until the puff pastry turns golden.

In a small saucepan, combine the milk, cream, sugar, mastic, and vanilla seeds.

Stir the mixture over low heat until the sugar dissolves and the flavors infuse the milk.

Grease the ramekins or small baking dishes with butter on all sides.

Break the baked puff pastry into small pieces and place them in the dishes.

Pour the hot milk mixture evenly over the puff pastry pieces.

Spread cream (Qeshta) on top evenly.

Bake the dishes in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 30-35;minutes until the top is golden brown.

After removing Om Ali from the oven, garnish with nuts, Lotus spread, or pistachio butter as desired.
