الغريبة بالفستق الحلبي
Ingredients

- 1CupPowdered sugar
- 2CupFlour
- 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Beat the cold ghee with an electric mixer until it becomes very light in color and creamy in texture.

Add the powdered sugar and beat for about 5 minutes until smooth and well combined.

Add the flour and ground pistachios, then fold gently with a wooden spoon or spatula (do not whisk).

Cover the dough and place it in the refrigerator until it firms up

Shape the dough into small balls and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Garnish each cookie with a whole pistachio or a pine nut.

Return the tray to the refrigerator for about 1 hour until fully chilled (this prevents cracking during baking).

Bake in a preheated oven at 160–180°C (325–350°F) for 10–12 minutes on the middle rack, with heat from the bottom only.
