- 550Grams (g) Butter
- 250CupPowdered sugar
- 30CupMilk powder
- 1CupFlour
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

We place the room temperature butter in a bowl, then add the powdered sugar.

We knead the butter and sugar well until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.

We add the powdered milk to the mixture and knead again until fully combined.

We gradually add the flour in two or three stages and knead until a cohesive dough forms.

We gather the dough and knead it on the table until it becomes completely smooth and non-sticky.

At this stage, we can optionally add yellow food coloring and knead again until the color is evenly distributed.

We cover the dough and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.

After removing it from the fridge, we take small pieces of dough and shape them as desired (S-shape or round).

We place pistachios on top of each piece for decoration.

We arrange the ghraybeh on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

We bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) on the middle rack for 9 to 10 minutes only, without letting them change color too much.
