Smoked Chicken Breast

- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
- 3Grams (g) Butter
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika
- 2SlicesToast
- 1SlicesLettuce
- 1CanCheddar

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and thyme, rubbing the seasoning well on both sides.

Place the seasoned chicken breast on a piece of foil and top it with butter slices.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 to 45 minutes.

Once cooked, remove it from the oven, let it cool, then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

To prepare the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with salt, garlic powder, and thyme or any preferred herbs.

Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces.

Spread some of the sauce on a slice of toast bread, then layer with lettuce.

Add the sautéed tomato slices, followed by the sliced chicken, and a slice of cheddar cheese.

Top it with another slice of toast and toast it in the oven or on a pan until golden brown.
