    Start by preparing the syrup by boiling 2 cups of sugar with 1 and 1/4 cups of water. Add 5 cardamom pods and a pinch of saffron. Let the mixture boil for 8 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon of rose water. Allow the syrup to cool completely after finishing.

    Mix 2 cups of all-purpose flour with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 tablespoons of milk powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir the ingredients well.

    Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of yeast, then mix well. Add 3/4 cup of water and saffron while stirring. Knead the dough well, and in the last 3 minutes, add 1/4 cup of vegetable oil. The dough should be slightly sticky; let it rise in a covered bowl.

    After the dough has risen, roll it out or shape it as desired. Use a cup to cut the dough into equal-sized circles. Place a portion of cream cheese in the center of each circle, making sure it is not salty.
