Steps

    First Mixture: In a pot, simmer olive oil with rosemary and mustard seeds on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

    Let the mixture cool completely, then pour it over the cheese in a clean container.

    Simmer olive oil with Ottoman spices in a pot on low heat for 20-30 minutes

    Chop the coriander and mix it with the white cheese in a container. Pour the oil mixture over it.
