    We prepare the cream by mixing milk with sugar and cornstarch, then stirring well until the ingredients are combined.

    We add the cream and mix it well with the ingredients.

    We place the mixture over heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.

    Once the mixture thickens, we add rose water and orange blossom water

    We prepare the syrup by placing 4 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water in a pot over heat, then adding cardamom, saffron, and lemon slices, and letting it cook for 30 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.

    We brush 6 filo pastry sheets with oil, place an appropriate amount of cream in the center, and fold them securely.

    We bake them in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.

    Once out of the oven, we pour the cold syrup over them and let them absorb it.
