  • 1CupFlour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chopped Green onions

Steps

    Boil the pasta in boiling water according to the package instructions.

    Put one and a half cups of water in a bowl.

    Add 4 tablespoons of creamer to the water and stir well.

    Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.

    Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic to the hot oil and stir until you can smell the aroma.

    Pour the water and creamer mixture into the pot

    Add the vegetable stock cube, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

    In a small cup, mix 1/2 cup of cold water with 1 teaspoon of flour.

    Add the flour-water mixture to the pot and stir.

    Add the pasta to the pot and stir until well coated with the sauce.
