- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 0.5CupIce
- 1ClovesGarlic
- 1PinchSalt
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Citric acid
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

Soak the chickpeas in water overnight, then place them in a pot over the stove.

Pour water over the chickpeas and add a tablespoon of baking soda.

After three hours, check that the chickpeas are cooked.

Wash the chickpeas well, remove the skins, and place them in a food processor.

Grind them for 7 minutes, then add the garlic, four ice cubes, salt, and lemon juice and continue blending.

Then add the tahini and continue blending. Gradually add the vegetable oil while blending.

Pour the mixture into a glass container and refrigerate for two hours.
