Ingredients

  • 100CupPowdered sugar
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Corn Starch
  • 2Psc.Yolk
  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 500CupFull cream milk
  • 1Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Lavender Seeds

Steps

    We mix the sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, salt, and half of the milk in a bowl, stirring until fully combined.

    We heat the remaining milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm

    Gradually add it to the first mixture while stirring continuously until smooth.

    We return the entire mixture to the saucepan, add the butter

    Cook over medium heat with constant stirring until it thickens to a pudding consistency (about 1 minute after boiling).

    We may add lavender seeds or flowers during cooking (optional) for a delicate floral flavor.

    We divide the pudding mixture into small bowls and garnish the tops with dried lavender.
