Ingredients

- 1CupWhipping cream
- 50Grams (g) Butter
- 150Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1CupPowdered sugar
- 250Grams (g) Biscuit

First, we drain the peach compote then we dip the ladyfingers in the juice from the compote until they are soaked. After that we set the biscuits aside to soften then cover them with plastic wrap

We whip the cream until it thickens then add the softened butter cream cheese powdered sugar and vanilla to the whipped cream We gently mix them until the mixture is well combined

We place the mixture on the biscuits on the plastic wrap then add the peach slices and shape them as shown in the video

After shaping the filling with the peach slices we gently roll it up using the plastic wrap to hold its shape. We leave it in the refrigerator for an hour to set and firm up then we cut it into slices and it will be ready to serve
