- 0.5CupFine breadcrumbs
- 1PinchSalt

- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Meat spices
- 2ClovesMinced garlic
- 2Milliliters (mL)Melted butter

Place the onion, tomato, red pepper, and parsley into a food processor.

Finely chop the ingredients until they become soft and combined.

Squeeze out the excess water from the vegetables and place them in a bowl with the ground meat.
