Steps

    Place the onion, tomato, red pepper, and parsley into a food processor.

    Finely chop the ingredients until they become soft and combined.

    Squeeze out the excess water from the vegetables and place them in a bowl with the ground meat.

    Add breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, coriander, sumac, meat spices, and garlic.

    Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.

    Shape the mixture into small round patties.

    Place the kofta patties on the grill.
