Ingredients

  • 2CanTuna
  • 1BunchChopped red pepper
  • 1Psc.Green pepper
  • 1Grams (g) Sweet corn
  • 0.5Psc.lemon
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
  • 2Psc.Pitta Bread
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste
  • 1CupJalapeño
  • 1CupPickled cucumber

    Drain the tuna from the oil using a strainer.

    Transfer the drained tuna to the bowl.

    Add the chopped red and green bell peppers and sweet corn to the bowl.

    Add the lemon juice, a pinch of salt, a pinch of white pepper, a pinch of oregano, and stir

    Add three tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well until combined.

    Spread the capsicum molasses on the loaf of bread and then add the jalapenos

    Place the pickled cucumber on the other loaf of bread

    Spread the tuna mixture over the bread

    Roll the bread into a tight sandwich.
