Steps

    We mix the drained tuna with chopped onion, corn, chopped hot pepper, diced pickled cucumbers, and shredded red cabbage in a large bowl.

    We add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and black pepper, then mix well until all ingredients are combined.

    We lightly toast the brioche bread in a pan or toaster, place a slice of cheddar cheese on it, add the tuna mixture on top, and cover with the other half of the bun.
