  • 1Kilograms (kg)Split Chickpeas
  • 1Liters (L)Hot water

Steps

    We wash the crushed chickpeas thoroughly with water.

    We drain the chickpeas from the water.

    We place the chickpeas in a bowl and add hot water.

    We leave the chickpeas to soak for 1 to 2 hours at minimum, or up to 24 hours.

    After soaking, we drain the chickpeas and wash them again.

  6. 6

    We store the washed chickpeas in food storage bags to be ready for cooking without boiling.
