  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder

  • 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dijon mustard
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Worcestershire sauce
  • 2ClovesGarlic
  • 0.5Psc.Lemon juice
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar

    Cut the chicken into cubes, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and fry in olive oil until cooked and golden.

    For the Dressing: - 5 tbsp mayonnaise - 1 tsp Dijon mustard - 2 anchovy fillets or 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 2 garlic cloves - Juice of half a lemon - 2 tbsp white vinegar - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese - Salt and coarse pepper Blend all the dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

    Cut the bread into cubes and toast in the oven until crispy.

    Boil the pasta and rinse it with cold water to cool.

    Chop the lettuce roughly and place it in a serving bowl.

    Add the lettuce, toasted bread, cooled pasta, chicken, and Parmesan cheese.

    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
