We add a little oil to the pressure cooker, then add 400 grams of chicken and fry it.

We add salt, cardamom, cloves, and black pepper

We cover the chicken with water, close the pressure cooker, and cook it under pressure for 20 minutes.

We clean 200 grams of dried molokhia leaves from stems and impurities.

We add cold water to the molokhia until it is submerged, then leave it for 5 minutes.

We squeeze the molokhia to remove excess water and place it in a strainer.

In a large pot on the stove, we add 2 tablespoons of ghee and 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic

We fry the molokhia until it turns golden.

We add half of the boiled chicken, shredded, over the molokhia, leaving the other half for garnish.

We add salt and pepper to taste and stir the mixture

We add 4 cups of chicken broth, bring it to a boil, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
