    We chop the lettuce and arugula and place them in a serving bowl

    We slice the avocado and mix it with lemon juice to prevent browning.

    We slice the onion and add it to the bowl.

    Cut the corn, strawberries, and apple into slices and add them to the ingredients.

    We add the cooked lentils and cucumber (cut as shown in the video)

    In a small jar, we prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, salt, white pepper, and water until well combined.
