طاسة دجاج بالمشروم
Ingredients

- 0.25Grams (g) Mushroom

- 1Psc.Green pepper

We cut the chicken into small cubes, mushrooms into slices, green pepper into small pieces, and the onion into slices

We heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the chicken cubes, seasoning them with salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme. We stir the chicken for about 5 minutes until well-cooked

We remove the chicken from the pan, add a bit of oil, then add the mushrooms and season them with salt only. We stir them until they turn brown and tender, then remove them with the chicken.

We add more oil to the pan, then put in the onion and green pepper, seasoning them with salt and black pepper. We stir until they soften

We add the minced garlic and stir until the garlic’s aroma is released

We return the chicken and mushrooms to the pan and stir well to mix all the ingredients and cook until done
