Ingredients

  • 1Kilograms (kg)Beef cubes
  • 1Psc.Small onions
  • 1Grams (g) Mixed vegetables
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper

Steps

    Place the meat with the fat, small onions, salt, black pepper, and red pepper, and mix them well.

    Place the meat and onion mixture in a baking dish on one side, leaving a small space. In that space, add the mixed vegetables and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

    Cover the baking dish with parchment paper and aluminum foil, then place it in the oven at 180°C, top and bottom heat. After one hour, remove the parchment paper and aluminum foil, and leave it in the oven for another 30 minutes.
