- 4PacketKiri cheese
- 2CupPowdered sugar

- 0.75Psc.Dates
- 0.75CanSweetened Condensed Milk
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1CupThick cream
- 1CupWalnut

Knead the dough ingredients (1.5 cups flour, 150 g softened butter, 4 Kiri cheese squares, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, a pinch of salt) until well combined

Roll the dough into small balls and place them in tart molds as shown.

To prepare the filling, blend together (3/4 cup soft pitted dates, 3/4 can sweetened condensed milk, 6 Kiri cheese squares, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 small can of cream) until smooth.

Transfer the filling to a piping bag for easy distribution, then pipe it onto the dough in the molds.

Add one pecan or walnut piece on top of each tart.

Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes on the lower rack.

Turn on the broiler for 2 minutes to lightly brown the top.

Let the tarts cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
