  • 2Grams (g) Biscuit

    Place two cups of milk, custard powder, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

    Pour the custard into a bowl, cover the surface with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming, and let it cool completely.

    In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with three-quarters of a cup of milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla until you get a thick cream.

    Add the cooled custard to the whipped cream and beat again until fully combined.

    In a Pyrex dish, spread a layer of the custard-cream mixture, then add a layer of crushed biscuits and banana slices.

    Repeat the layers in the same order until all ingredients are used, then decorate the top with biscuits.
