Ingredients

  • 6Kilograms (kg)Sour Milk
  • 1CupYogurt
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 1Psc.Chicken stock
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 1PinchMinced Coriander
  • 1To TasteFried Kibbeh
  • 1CupRoasted pine nuts

Steps

    Put the sour milk and yogurt in a saucepan

    Add the eggs, chicken broth cube, starch and water

  3. 3

    Stir the ingredients on cold to get rid of any lumps

  4. 4

    Put the mixture on the fire and stir until it reaches the consistency shown in the video

  5. 5

    Place the mixture on top of the kibbeh in the serving tray

  6. 6

    In a small skillet, toast the crushed garlic in olive oil, then add the fresh cilantro and stir until wilted.

    Garnish with the garlic-cilantro mixture and toasted pine nuts, then serve hot.
