    Mix zaatar and olive oil in a bowl.

    Mix red pepper paste and olive oil in a bowl.

    Arrange toast slices on the baking sheet.

    Spread labneh on some of the toast slices.

    Spread red pepper paste on other toast slices.

    Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on each slice.

    Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top of mozzarella cheese.
