  • 125Grams (g) Butter
  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 2Psc.Yolk
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Liquid vanilla
  • 2CupFlour
  • 1CupStrawberry
  • 1CupBlueberry
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Custard cream
  • 1CupStrawberry sauce

Steps

    Place 125 grams of butter and ½ cup of sugar in a mixer bowl. Mix the ingredients well until the mixture is smooth.

    Add the egg yolks and vanilla and mix the ingredients again until completely combined.

    Add 2 cups of flour and mix the ingredients until the dough is formed.

    Roll out the dough, then use circular cutters to cut the dough into shapes. Place the dough pieces in tart cases and pierce the dough with a fork.

    Leave the molds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Bake the molds in a preheated oven at 370°F for 20 minutes.

    Fill the molds with pastry cream.

    Decorate the tart with strawberries, blueberries and strawberry sauce on top.
