Steps

    In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined

    Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated, then let them marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.

    Cut the potatoes into medium-thick rings

    Place the potatoes in an oven tray, then add the chicken marinade and stir well

    Place the chicken on top of the potatoes and then wrap the tray tightly with foil

    Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
