  • 1Grams (g) Hot chilli

  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper

Steps

    Roast the onions and tomato in the oven until they soften and turn golden.

    Place the roasted vegetables into a food processor.

    Add the parsley, sweet and hot peppers, and the garlic clove.

    Season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and ground coriander.

    Add the raw tahini.

    Add the oil.

    Blend everything well in the food processor until smooth and creamy.

    Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice according to taste.
