- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chopped White Onion
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Wild thyme
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1CupWhite sesame

Dice the onion and sauté it in hot olive oil until softened.

We boil the potatoes and then mash the boiled potatoes thoroughly until they are completely smooth.

Add the sautéed onions to the mashed potatoes, then add thyme, salt, and pepper, and mix well until combined.

Melt the butter thoroughly.

Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter, then cover it with another sheet. Repeat the process until you have three layers.

Spread the filling inside the dough, roll it carefully, and place it in a baking tray.

Brush the surface of the dough with butter again, then sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 180°C, then place the tray inside and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, keeping in mind that baking time may vary depending on the oven.
