Ingredients

- 1CupShredded carrots
- 0.5Grams (g) Ground meat
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar
- 1Liters (L)Tomato juice
- 1.5PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1CupSugar
- 2Psc.Bay Leaf
- 1Psc.Vegetable stock

Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and grated carrot until softened.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan, increase the heat, and add the minced meat to the empty side

Break the meat apart as it cooks until it turns brown, then mix it with the vegetables.

Stir everything together until all the liquid from the meat and vegetables evaporates

Add the tomato paste and vinegar, and mix well with the meat.

Pour in the tomato juice and enough boiling water to cover the meat.

Season with salt, black pepper, a pinch of sugar, bay leaves, and the stock cube, and stir well to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, cover the pot, and reduce the heat to low

Let it simmer on low heat for 2 to 6 hours until the sauce becomes thick and the meat and vegetables are tender.
