- 1CupShredded carrots
- 1CupMinced parsley
- 3Grams (g) Chopped tomatoes

To make the hot sauce Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the garlic and tomato paste and stir well until the aroma is released and the ingredients are toasted

Add spices: Curry, cardamom, salt, ginger, and sugar and stir into the mixture.

Add the tomato juice, white vinegar, cream, and water and stir well.

Let the sauce simmer for 15 minutes until it thickens.

Cold Biryani Sauce Put the yogurt in a bowl and add water, salt and cumin.

Add the grated and chopped vegetables (cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, parsley).

Mix all the ingredients well until you have a homogeneous cold sauce to serve alongside the biryani
