- 0.5CanSweetened Condensed Milk

Empty the cocoa cake mix into a large bowl.

Add the date milk to the cake mix and stir lightly.

Add the eggs to the mixture and mix well until combined.

Add the melted Saudi butter and stir the mixture.

Add ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon cardamom, and 1 teaspoon Saudi coffee, and mix thoroughly.

Whisk all ingredients well using a hand whisk until the batter is smooth and homogeneous.

Grease the baking molds with butter to prevent the cake from sticking.

Pour the cake batter evenly into the molds.

Place the cake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 40 minutes until fully baked.

Prepare the caramel sauce by combining condensed milk, butter, and water in a pan over low heat, stirring until it caramelizes

After the cake has cooled for 10 minutes, pour the caramel sauce over it and place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.

Decorate the cake with a piece of walnut and a date, sprinkle ground cinnamon on top, and the date cake is now ready to serve
