Ingredients

  • 3Psc.Valencia orange
  • 4CupBoiling Water
  • 1Cupwater
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1CupFine Sugar
  • 60Grams (g) Dark chocolate

    We peel 3 Valencia oranges.

    Cut the zest into long slices.

    Boil the zest slices in 4 cups of boiling water for 7 minutes.

    Let the slices dry well.

    In a saucepan, mix 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar, and bring the mixture to a boil.

    Add the orange peels to the boiling mixture. Let the mixture boil over medium heat for 20 minutes.

    Allow to cool for 6 hours.

    Dip candied orange peels into 1 cup of caster sugar.

    Melt 60 grams of dark chocolate.
