Ingredients

  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Falafel dough
  • 1SlicesSourdough bread
  • 1PinchSesame
  • 1Psc.Tomato
  • 1Psc.Cucumber
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini

Steps

    Heat a portion of the uncooked falafel dough in the microwave.

    Place the dough on a turmeric & nigella sourdough slice and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

    Air-fry it at 180°C for about 12 minutes.

    Add tahini sauce, then garnish with cucumber, tomato.
