Ingredients

  • 0.5Kilograms (kg)Sweet potato
  • 1Psc.Onion
  • 1Psc.Carrot
  • 0.5Psc.Red bell pepper
  • 0.5Psc.Yellow bell pepper
  • 3ClovesGarlic
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Psc.Vegetable stock
  • 0.5Cupwater
  • 0.5Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream

Steps

    Chop the onions, peppers, and sweet potatoes as shown in the video

    Put the chopped onion in a pot with a little oil and sauté until softened

    Add the chopped sweet potatoes and stir well.

    Add the carrots, bell peppers, and garlic, then season with salt and black pepper, stirring continuously.

    Once the vegetables soften, add the water and vegetable broth cube, then let the mixture simmer over medium heat until fully cooked.

    Blend the mixture using a hand blender or a regular blender until smooth and creamy.

    Optionally, add the cream, then let the soup simmer for another two minutes before serving.
