Ingredients

  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 3CupFlour

Steps

    Preheat your oven to 180°C. Add butter and sugar in your mixer, cream until completely mixed (no need for long mixing).

    Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated. Add baking powder, salt, and start adding the flour gradually until you get a soft cookie dough (do not knead).

    Roll on parchment paper (dust some flour if needed), cut using your desired cookie cutter shape, and bake for 8-10 minutes.

    Leave it in the pan for a couple of minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
