Spicy Garlic Shrimp Noodles

Begin by preparing the ingredients: wash the shrimp, mince the garlic, and chop the green onions.

Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles until done, then drain and set aside.

In a pan over medium heat, heat a suitable amount of oil.

Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the green onions and stir briefly.

Add the chili flakes and mix until combined.

Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until it turns pink and is fully cooked.

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce with brown sugar (or honey) and ½ cup water.
