Ingredients

  • 100CupFeta cheese
  • 1CupBlack olives
  • 3Psc.Garlic bulb
  • 1Psc.Rosemary
  • 0.5CupOlive oil
  • 1PinchHot chilli powder
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1SlicesSourdough bread
  • 1CupCherry tomato

Steps

    Place the black olives in a baking tray along with peeled garlic, rosemary, olive oil, and feta cheese.

    Sprinkle chili flakes and black pepper over the ingredients

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for at least 30 minutes until everything is well roasted.

    Remove from the oven and blend the mixture using a food processor until smooth.

    We toast the bread in the usual way

    Spread the paste on toasted sourdough bread and top with cherry tomatoes.

    Serve immediately and enjoy!
