We place half a kilogram of tikka meat in a suitable bowl.

We add half a container of yogurt with an appropriate amount of tikka spice, and sprinkle a little salt.

We mix the ingredients well until the meat pieces are fully coated with the marinade.

We grill the meat on skewers, placing two pieces of meat with a piece of fat in between on each skewer.
