  • 200Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
  • 2CupPowdered sugar

Steps

    We place the soft butter with the white and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until well combined.

    We add the eggs and mix well.

    We add the grated carrots, white chocolate, walnuts, and cinnamon, and mix.

    We add the flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt, and mix until the dough comes together.

    We shape the dough into equal-sized balls, then place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.

    We bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C (with fan, heat from top and bottom) for 12–14 minutes.
