    We bring the flatbread.

    We spread three tablespoons of pepper paste over the bread.

    We add a generous amount of shredded Kashkaval cheese on top.

    We sprinkle some nigella seeds over the cheese.

    We drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.

    We grease the pan lightly with vegetable oil and place it over low heat

    We fold the sandwich in half into a semi-circle shape.

    We place the sandwich in the pan and press it with a heavy lid or another pan.

    We leave the sandwich until it turns golden brown on the first side.

    We flip it to brown the other side as well.
