Steps

    Place the sesame seeds in a bowl.

    Add cinnamon, honey, tahini, and a pinch of salt.

    Mix all the ingredients well.

    Spread the mixture thinly on baking paper.

    Place it in the air fryer at 150°C for 7 minutes

    Melt the chocolate with the oil and stevia sugar.

    Spread the chocolate over the sesame brittle.

    Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top and press them gently.
