We coat the chicken with mixed spices, black pepper, saffron powder, salt, and oil.

We heat the pressure cooker, add oil, and sauté the sliced onions until they turn golden.

We remove the onions from the pot, add ghee, and sauté the whole spices

We add the soaked and drained rice, green pepper, and spices as desired

We add salt, then boiling water, and stir gently.

We place the rack in the pressure cooker, then place the seasoned chicken on top.

We close the pressure cooker and select the "Chicken" setting for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, we remove the chicken from the pressure cooker and place it in the oven to grill from the top.

We add the rose water infusion and saffron to the rice.
