Steps

    In a bowl, prepare the filling by mixing pieces of onions, green onions, tomatoes, dill, garlic, green peppers, lemon slices, lemon juice, oil, and spices.

    Stuff the cleaned fish thoroughly with the filling.

    Coat the fish with bran on all sides and place it on a baking tray greased with oil.

    Grill the fish in the oven under the broiler for 10 minutes on each side.

    To Prepare the Sauce (Dakka): Blend tomatoes, dill, hot and sweet peppers, spices, lemon juice, vinegar, and ¼ cup water in a food processor.

    Pour the sauce over the fish when serving.
