Cut the toast into medium-sized cubes.

Add olive oil to the toast cubes, then toast them in the oven until golden and crispy.

Chop the lettuce into small pieces.

Cut the cucumber into slices or cubes as desired.

Mix the lettuce and cucumber in a large bowl.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters and add them to the bowl.
