We start by cleaning the shrimp: we remove the black vein and cut the shrimp in half with a knife without cutting all the way through, so we can open the shrimp like a butterfly.

We prepare the marinade: we mix lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, Cajun spices or cumin and coriander with garlic powder, tamari soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl.

We add the shrimp to the marinade: we place the shrimp in the marinade and mix it well. We let it marinate for half an hour.

We prepare the sauce: in a pan, we melt the butter, then add the minced garlic and sauté it until it becomes fragrant.

We add the sauce ingredients: we add lemon juice, mustard, and honey, and mix the ingredients well until combined.
