  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1CupMilk
  • 1CupOil
  • 2.25CupFlour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 3CupCoconut
  • 0.5CanSweetened Condensed Milk

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Gradually add the milk and oil while mixing until combined.

    Sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually fold it into the batter. Add shredded coconut and mix gently.

    Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking tin. Bake for 35 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden.
